SILK PRESS WEATHER & HAIR HISTORY DISCLAIMER: Due to Georgia’s seasonal humidity, clients should understand that the longevity of a silk press may vary—especially during spring and summer months. PSA: At this time, I’m not accepting new clients for Silk Press services. New client Silk Press appointments will resume in the Fall—potentially August or September—depending on the weather. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! DEPOSIT: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required, which will be applied towards your service. Please be aware that there is a processing fee. GRACE PERIOD/LATE FEE: You have a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you're more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If you reschedule, a new deposit is required for the new appointment. SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: I have made Sunday appointments available on my site to better accommodate my clients scheduling needs. However, please be aware that Sunday appointments will incur an additional fee of $30 due to it being my only day off. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Same-day appointments are are available. Contact me to book. Same day appointments are an additional $30. AFTER HOUR/EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS: You can book after-hours/early morning appointments. Those before 10am or after 7 pm have an extra $25 fee. To schedule/request an appointment, send a text to (678) 521-6222. DETANGLE FEE: Just took out a protective style? (Braids, sew in, locs). Please try to detangle your hair to the best of your ability. Detangle from End to Root. My average detangle time is 15-25 depending on texture/length. If it takes me longer than 40 min to detangle, a fee of $30 will be added to the total. PAYMENT: Accepted payment methods include Tap to Pay, Zelle, and Cash. I will no longer accept cash app & Apple Pay directly(you will have to tap to pay). Tap to Pay payments have an additional processing fee. Cash is preferred. LOCATION: The appointment address will be emailed 24 hours before your appointment. No additional guests are permitted during the service. Instructions for parking and arrival will be in the 24-hour reminder email. CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel without a fee, do so 24 hours before your appointment. If within 24 hours, a 50% charge of the remaining balance applies. Rescheduling is possible; please contact me! Note that a new deposit may be needed for rescheduled appointments. 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit/appointment. ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be charged the remaining service balance.
