Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required, which will be applied towards your service. Please be aware that there is a processing fee.
GRACE PERIOD/LATE FEE:
You have a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you're more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If you reschedule, a new deposit is required for the new appointment.
SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS:
I have made Sunday appointments available on my site to better accommodate my clients scheduling needs. However, please be aware that Sunday appointments will incur an additional fee of $30 due to it being my only day off.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS:
Same-day appointments are are available. Contact me to book. Same day appointments are an additional $30.
AFTER HOUR/EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS:
You can book after-hours/early morning appointments. Those before 10am or after 7 pm have an extra $25 fee. To schedule/request an appointment, send a text to (678) 521-6222.
DETANGLE FEE:
Just took out a protective style? (Braids, sew in, locs). Please try to detangle your hair to the best of your ability. Detangle from End to Root. My average detangle time is 15-25 depending on texture/length. If it takes me longer than 40 min to detangle, a fee of $30 will be added to the total.
PAYMENT:
Accepted payment methods include Tap to Pay, Zelle, and Cash. I will no longer accept cash app & Apple Pay directly(you will have to tap to pay). Tap to Pay payments have an additional processing fee. Cash is preferred.
LOCATION:
The appointment address will be emailed 24 hours before your appointment. No additional guests are permitted during the service. Instructions for parking and arrival will be in the 24-hour reminder email.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel without a fee, do so 24 hours before your appointment. If within 24 hours, a 50% charge of the remaining balance applies. Rescheduling is possible; please contact me! Note that a new deposit may be needed for rescheduled appointments. 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit/appointment.
ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be charged the remaining service balance. This is Non Refundable & Non Negotiable.
