After this date, new client Silk Press bookings will pause and are scheduled to reopen FALL 2026 (exact date to be announced). ⸻ NEW CLIENT SERVICE NOTICE At Ire’s Beauty Factory, the HEALTH OF YOUR HAIR IS ALWAYS THE PRIORITY. If your hair is DAMAGED, OVER-PROCESSED, OR NOT IN A HEALTHY CONDITION FOR HEAT STYLING, your service may be adjusted at the time of your appointment. This means: * A Silk Press MAY NOT BE PERFORMED * You may receive a BLOW DRY, TREATMENT, AND/OR TRIM INSTEAD Please note: * Service adjustments are made at the stylist’s PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION * ALL PAYMENTS REMAIN FINAL If you are unsure about your hair’s condition, a CONSULTATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED PRIOR TO BOOKING. ⸻ SERVICE DISCLAIMER Due to factors beyond our control—such as humidity, weather conditions, hair history, and at-home maintenance— IRE’S BEAUTY FACTORY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE LONGEVITY OF ANY SILK PRESS SERVICE and is NOT LIABLE if results do not last as expected. ⸻ CHILDREN’S APPOINTMENT POLICY Ire’s Beauty Factory currently services children ages 10 and older for silk press appointments. Children under the age of 10 may only book the Mini Protective Style Prep service at this time. Please note the following before booking: • I will only service your child if I have previously serviced the parent/guardian. If I have not serviced the parent/guardian before, I will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the child’s appointment. • If booking a silk press appointment for a child ages 10+, the parent/guardian must text prior to the appointment to advise that the appointment is for their child. ⸻ BOOKING & DEPOSITS To secure your appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required. * Deposits CANNOT be refunded or transferred to another person, service, or month under any circumstances. * Deposits are ONLY valid for the originally scheduled appointment and service. RESCHEDULING POLICY * One (1) reschedule is allowed per deposit. * Rescheduling means MOVING YOUR EXISTING APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER DATE WITHIN THE SAME CALENDAR MONTH. * This is NOT considered a transfer of the deposit. * If your appointment is moved OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL MONTH, the deposit will be FORFEITED and a NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Appointments booked ONLINE OR IN PERSON are subject to all policies listed. ⸻ CANCELLATION POLICY * To cancel without a fee, do so 24+ HOURS BEFORE your appointment. * Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% CHARGE OF THE REMAINING BALANCE. ⸻ NO SHOW POLICY All no-show appointments will be charged 100% OF THE REMAINING SERVICE BALANCE. This is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE. ⸻ GRACE PERIOD / LATE POLICY * A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD is allowed. * After 10 minutes, a $25 LATE FEE will be added. * After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELED. * A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to rebook. ⸻ APPOINTMENT TYPES & FEES * SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: +$50 * SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS: +$30 * AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS: +$30 (Any appointment scheduled BEFORE 10AM or AFTER 7PM) * SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: +$30 (Any appointment time NOT LISTED OR AVAILABLE on the booking site) ⸻ DETANGLE POLICY Please detangle your hair prior to your appointment. * Average detangle time: 5–30 MINUTES * If detangling exceeds 35 MINUTES, a $30 FEE WILL BE ADDED ⸻ PAYMENT METHODS Accepted payment methods include TAP TO PAY, ZELLE, AND CASH. * Tap to Pay includes a PROCESSING FEE * CASH IS PREFERRED * Cash App & Apple Pay are NOT ACCEPTED DIRECTLY ⸻ SAFETY NOTICE For the safety and comfort of all guests, please note: IRE’S BEAUTY FACTORY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR FALLS that may occur on the premises (inside or outside). * GRIP / NON-SLIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED * Clean socks are available, or you may bring your own ⸻ ACCESSIBILITY At this time, Ire’s Beauty Factory is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
